Job Title: Production Supervisor
Department: Injection Molding
Reports To: Injection Molding Production Manager
Shift: Second (Evening/Night Shift)
Responsibilities - What You'll Be Doing:
• Responsible for enacting production schedule, documenting and communicating any issues that will affect production goals.
• Manage employees according to federal and state guidelines and regulations while enforcing company policies. Supervise, train, and provide mentorship to employees.
• Track the plant’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve through continuous improvement processes.
• Evaluate and document employee performance and attendance.
• Carry full responsibility for product quality and shift efficiency in daily efforts of meeting operational schedule.
Qualifications - What You'll Bring:
• Ability to work in a team environment – must display proactive initiative and self-motivated attitude working to improve processes.
• Proficient in SAP software.
• Must be available for changing work hours as customer/company demands change.
• Must have advanced computer knowledge including Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have knowledge of injection molding machines, plastic materials, and hot runner systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
* Must be able to obtain forklift training and or certification within 1 month of position start.
